What is your return policy?

All goods sold are not refundable and returnable. We do not refund due to general dissatisfaction or take account for the allergic reactions our customers may have. We also do not accept any form of returns due to the hygienic and safety reasons – there are no exceptions to this.

If your package arrives broken or you received incorrect items, we are here to assist you. We may replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
